He's a good looking boy! It will be interesting to see his progress toward being a pack goat. I've seen them in parades pulling little wagons. Very cute!
Interesting! How old is he, or how old does he have to be to begin training?
Sandy, what a beautiful place you and your family and menagerie have settled in. I have been catching up with your wonderful blog and am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear sweet Boone. "Augy" is one handsome goat, will be interested in hearing how the "pack" training goes. Blessings from snowy Maine.
I think it would be really cool to have a pack goat. Maybe some day.
Showed his pic to Miss Daisy, she got all excited too. He's a nice looking Boy, hmmm pity your so far.
What a handsome fellow!
Thanks for all the sweet comments and thoughts! I've missed my blogger friends.Augy will be a year old in April. We need to be training him now to walk on a leash and with an empty pack but he won't carry any weight until next year. Once the weather warms up and the days get prettier we will start taking him on walks. Thank you for the thoughts on Boone. I still miss my sweet boy and know he would have loved it up here in the mountains!
